Abstract Submission Deadlines, Guidelines and Regulations
1. Deadlines
The presenting author must be one of the co-authors of the submitted abstract, and at least one author must complete the conference registration.
>Opening of the abstract submission : 1 September 2026

3. Submission Conditions
Please note that by submitting an abstract ,the author automatically agrees to the submission guidelines indicated on the submission website; these include the following:
> Abstract、poster and presentation will need to use the abstract template(Click here to download templates).
> Abstract、poster and presentation must be written in English.
> Abstract、poster and presentation must be submitted electronically by this website. Email will not be accepted.
> Abstract、poster and presentation should not contain commercial name => THEY WILL BE DISCARDED IMMEDIATELY.
> Please ensure that your work has not be previously published and the author declares the novelty of the study. Manuscripts submitted to the 2026 IFSCC may also be submitted to the 2027 ASCS.
> Any work that is related to animal testing will be disqualified. Fish embryo, pig skin, Het-cam, C. Elegans, and immortalised cell lines are not considered animal testing and are thus allowed.
> Abstracts should not be submitted to this conference if you do not agree with the specific terms and conditions outlined above and within the submission process.
> Participant category : Oral Communication (Podium), Poster Presentation (Paper) and Young Scientist Award.

▪Oral Communication (Podium) and Poster Presentation (Paper)
> Authors registered may present up to 3 posters or 2 posters & 1 podium.
> Your abstract submission type and topic may be changed following the scientific committee’s recommendations.
> Abstract will need to be submitted under 2 versions:
Version 1: containing Authors, affiliation, and all information; Titled: Abstract_Title_Full
Version 2: anonymised (no name, no affiliation); Titled : Abstract_Title_Anon
> Registration to attend the conference is mandatory, at least one author must complete the conference registration to present.

▪Young Scientist Award
> Author must be 35 years old or younger in the year the conference is held (2027).
> The first author or corresponding author of the submitted paper must be a member of IFSCC.
> Author must be the first author or corresponding author of the submitted paper and must be the one to present the paper online during the defense.
> The research findings must not have previously received any awards from past ASCS conferences.
> Author may submit only 1 paper for the "Young Scientist Award." Moreover, the first/corresponding author cannot simultaneously submit an Oral Communication (Podium) or a Poster Presentation for other tracks.
> Only 1 version of the abstract is required: containing all author names, affiliations, and full information. The file must be named: Abstract_Title_YSA.
> Once the abstract is accepted, the author must participate in an online defense (conducted in English). The specific defense schedule will be notified via email.
> Winners of the "Young Scientist Award" will have their registration fee for ASCS 2027 waived.
> The award ceremony for the "Young Scientist Award" will be held on June 4, 2027, during the Dala Dinner & Award Ceremony.
