1. Registration Fee ：
- Registration fees are offered in two types:「Social Night Included」and「Social Night Excluded」，Once a package is selected, change rules are subject to the "Cancellation and Modification Policy" below. The registration fee includes:
- Fees are divided into three phases based on the registration date:

※The registration period is determined by the submission time of the registration. Payment must be made no later than 10 working days after registration.
- All registration fees listed on this website are denominated in  CNY. If the applicant pays through foreign currency channels (including cross-border bank wire transfers, foreign currency credit cards, third-party cross-border payment platforms, etc.), all handling fees, telegraphic transfer fees, clearing fees, and foreign exchange gains/losses incurred by the remitting bank, intermediary bank, receiving bank, and payment platform shall be borne solely by the registrant. The amount actually received by the organizer shall be the net amount after deducting all handling fees and exchange losses.
-  If the registration payment is not received in full, the organizer will notify the registrant to make up the shortfall within a specified deadline. If the shortfall is not settled by the deadline, the registration will automatically become invalid and the organizer will not reserve the registration slot.

2. Identity Verification Requirements
- Student: Valid proof of current enrollment or a scanned student ID along with a valid personal identification document (e.g., ID card, passport) must be provided.
- Academic: Valid proof of affiliation with a university or research institution (e.g., employment certificate or academic title verification) along with a valid personal identification document (e.g., ID card, passport) is required.
※Additional Verification: The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the identity supporting materials submitted by registrants. If the authenticity or validity of such materials is in doubt, the organizer may require the registrant to provide supplementary supporting documents within a specified deadline. Failure to provide valid supplementary materials by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the registrant’s participation qualification.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Requests for registration information changes or cancellations will only be processed upon written application submitted via email. Registrants must send their requests to the official email address: registration@ascs2027.com. The email must clearly state the registrant’s full name, registration order number, and the specific change/cancellation request. Verbal requests made by phone, social media, or other means will not be accepted..
- Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

-For registrants who paid via overseas wire transfer during the Super Early Bird period (December 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027) and request cancellation, the refund calculation is as follows: Refund amount = Total registration fee paid – CNY 400(a fixed fee charged by bank). This fee is a fixed bank remittance charge levied by the organizer’s bank; handling fees charged by the registrant’s own bank shall be borne by the registrant separately.
-Except for the scenario described above, for all other channels and all periods, cancellation refunds shall first be deducted according to the corresponding penalty standards. In addition, all transfer fees, foreign exchange losses, third-party platform service fees, and other costs arising from the refund process shall be borne by the registrant. The organizer will deduct such fees from the remaining amount after the penalty has been applied.

4. Conference Credentials

- Conference credentials will be distributed via email within 7 days prior to the opening of the event. Please check your inbox and keep the credential safely. If the credential email is not received by 3 days before the conference, registrants may send an inquiry email to the official registration email address:registration@ascs2027.com to request reissuance. Lost or deleted credentials will not be reissued by the organizer..

5. Additional Information
- Registration fees do not cover travel or accommodation.
- The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation. Any amendments will be posted on the conference website and take effect upon posting.
